No we really did haha. one of our investigators names is Jesus and he got baptized this week along with 6 others. This week has been a really awesome and really busy week for us. On Tuesday after lunch, we went to Leon for the zone leaders counsel. It’s about a 3 hour bus ride from here to Leon. It’s not too bad though because there is a bus line here called primera plus which is like a luxury bus company. They even give out little snacks like airlines do haha. So then on Wednesday all morning we had meetings about how we were going to help the mission improve. Little by little it is improving though. These past months, every month we have improved in baptisms and it looks like this month will improve as well. Then after we ate like 5 we went back to Leon and got home at like 8. On Thursday, we were busy getting everything ready for the baptisms we had Friday and Saturday and Elder Mouritsen did the interview for the 11 year boy, Diego who got baptized on Friday. Friday was a really crazy day. We worked a bit in the morning and then we and started getting ready for the 3 baptisms we had planned. We got to the church though and went to turn the water heaters on and found that there wasn’t any gas so we started calling the bishop and the maintenance people but they were all busy working so we decided to just call the gas company and pay 20 bucks for them to put some gas in the tank. The first truck that came didn’t know what they were doing though and wasted a ton of time and we ended up having to pay them like 5 bucks even though they didn’t fill the tank at all. So we thought we were just going to have to use cold water. But by some miracle another truck showed up and the guy that was in charge was really smart and used his head and figured out how to solve the problem so we were able to put like 7 liters of gas in the tank. Short story shorter, 3 people got baptized! Andrea and Paola, the daughters of Paola and Alfredo (Paola was baptized last week) and Diego who is the son of a man who was recently activated and his wife as well will probably get baptized next week by her husband who is getting the priesthood on Sunday. Then Saturday Mauricia Olivia Miriam and Jesus were all baptized and they are all really cool as well. Jesus really wants to serve a mission. Sunday we had 8 confirmations which was awesome because it took up like half of sacrament meeting haha. But yeah I just ran out of time so I gotta to fly.
